You don't need to have any previous experience but you need to be confident in water in sense that you can handle fast driving or swimming. If that is not the case, you should try something else instead of this adventure.
Minimum age required to drive is 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 can drive only with adults as a passenger.
You will need swimming clothes and a towel and any medication that you would normally carry.
Yes you can because Jet Ski has a dry compartment.
It is difficult to predict exactly how the weather will be until the day of the Safari (especially because of the wind) so if you book Safari and the weather is not suitable, we will rescedule your Safari or refund your booking or offer some other trips instead.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of individual bookings. You can cancel the booking and set another one or select some other active tour but we are not returning your deposit payment. We will return you the deposit only if the jet Ski safari tour is cancelled by us because of the bad weather or unpredictable technical issues.
Group discounts are available for groups of 8 participants or more and cancelling such a group requires different cancellation policy. You need to send us an email atleast 3 days before the Safari is scheduled.
Your refund was issued on the day of the cancellation but it can take 2 weeks maximum for the banks to transfer the money back. Please be patient and if you have any problems contact us directly.
Yes. We require your credit card details to make the reservation but you can pay in cash on arrival. We accept all currencies (Euro and other currency will be adapted to the daily exchange rate). Please contact us directly.
There can be some delays after booking until payment is received. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email which is a valid proof of your reservation. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder and/or make sure you entered a valid email address when making the booking. If you still have problems please contact us.
Some medical conditions may prohibit you from participation. If you do have a medical condition, it is very important that you inform our staff prior to participation or send us an email before booking.
